Do I have to pay to request a return or change?

If the size you chose doesn’t fit you well, or we sent you the wrong product,changes are cost free.
In the case of returns, the postal fee will be paid by the buyer.

When can I request a return or change?
A month from the date we confirmed the shipment.
At the same time, to request a change, the law provides a 14 day period from the date that your order has been delivered.
DPFM Co. Reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the designated period, or to also reject garments that aren’t sent back in the same state they were delivered.
How can I request a return or change?
You can request both by getting in touch with our Customer Service through any of the means available on our website.
Once I have requested a change, can I return the new article?

Yes. You have a month since the date we confirmed the shipment of the new article.

Can I keep or return any item?

Yes, as long as they are in perfect state and with the correspondent labels still on.

When will I receive the refund?

You’ll receive the refund via the same payment method used on your purchase in an estimated time period of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
