Do you restock products labelled as “sold out”?

If an article is sold out, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. In case there’s no more stock for it, we will eliminate it from the site. If you were to be interested on a specific product and it showed as “sold out” on the site, you can contact us via any means indicated and we’ll try to give a solution.

Is it possible to receive information via email with the latest news and offers from DPFM?

Yes, simply by subscribing to our “Newsletter” you’ll receive information about the latest news, lookbook and brand events.
You can do it entering your email on the footer related section, at the bottom; or selecting the proper checkbox at checkout.

Can I unsubscribe from the DPFM Newsletter?
Go to the any newsletter email you have received, and click on “unsubscribe” at the bottom section.
How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it through the Log-in screen. You’ll receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure my purchase was correctly submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, please get in touch with our Customer Service through any of the means available on our website.

Can I check the current status of my order?

Yes, you can take a look at the current status of your order in real time. To do so, go to the “Orders” section of your account.

Can I eliminate articles from my order?

Yes. From you checkout basket you’ll be able to eliminate articles you don’t want as long as the purchase hasn’t been submitted yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, as long as its current status allows it. To do so, go to the “Orders” section of your account. If you’re not registered, click on the “Order information” link in your confirmation email and select “cancel”.

What shall I do if I receive a flawed item?

DPFM Clothing only sells articles in a perfect state, and with a superb quality control standard. So, if as an exception you do receive a flawed garment, please get in touch with our Costumer Service.

What shall I do if I receive an article I haven’t ordered?
